6. How do I use the calendar feature?

To use the calendar feature, click on the Calendar icon next to any date field. When the calendar appears, it automatically shows the current month and year. If you want to go to another month and year, click on the Month, Year (example: August 2009) to select another month. Then click on Year (example: 2009) and use the arrows to select another Year or you can just click on the left and right arrows to change months and years.

How to use this web site, number 6 illustrated:

submit a survey comment

if you would like to suggest changes in the web site, DES in general or just get something off your chest, submit a survey comment. You can submit only a comment if you wish, or complete part or all of the survey along with it.

tip o the day - other changes

use the 'Other Changes' category to report things like Voluntary Withdrawels or for whatever you can't find a category.

Other types of changes such as an address change should be reported via the address page. Especially since an address is automatically updated while other takes a worker

tip o the day - submit the change report

Make sure you submit your 'change report' and the red bar  at the top disappears. Otherwise you will lose your changes shortly after midnight. When you save the change it takes you to the summary page. Just click the lower right hand button.

It's official. Last night, multiple members submitted changes through our site. Our first. I verified that the changes updated all the way through this system.

Well, the MyFamilyBenefits is up and running for those of you receiving assistance in the State of Arizona. Looks like we have our first people join up this past week.

Plan on using this blog for a way to communicate information and as a way for those of you who need to ask a question and receive an answer about the site.

Bueno, el MyFamilyBenefits está en marcha para aquellos de ustedes que reciben asistencia en el Estado de Arizona. Parece que tenemos a nuestra gente primero se unen la semana pasada.
